Honoring Those Who Serve

At Green Lakes Baptist Church, we hold a deep and abiding respect for the men and women who have served — and continue to serve — in the United States Armed Forces. This respect is visibly reflected through the military flags displayed on our campus, which stand as a quiet but meaningful reminder of sacrifice, duty, and love of country. We honor those who have worn the uniform, those currently serving, and the families who stand beside them, often bearing unseen burdens.

Our appreciation goes beyond symbols. It is rooted in gratitude for the freedoms preserved through service and the lives shaped by commitment, courage, and selflessness. At GLBC, we believe honoring service is an expression of gratitude, respect, and compassion, and we are committed to being a church that welcomes, supports, and prays for our service members and veterans with sincerity and humility.
